Japan is a wonderland of Southeast Asia. If you decide to travel Japan, you are sure to experience that you will never forget throughout your life. Kyoto is the cultural capital of Japan, and former imperial capital, and contains the UNESCO declared the "historical monuments of Ancient Kyoto" as World Heritage. Perhaps the best known around the world is Kinkakuji, Golden Pavilion, but in reality the cultural value of Kyoto is in a range of sites. Kyoto Japan

Approximately one hour from Kyoto is Nara, another ancient capital of Japan. Like Kyoto, Nara is saturated with cultural attractions, especially in the area of Nara Park. It's a beautiful green city in which you can walk calmly and find deer on his way to the cultural site next. The most interesting place for tourists is probably.

Todaiji Temple, the largest wooden temple not only in Japan but in the whole world is worth to visit during Japan tour. Inside is the Great Buddha statue, an appropriate figure as imposing and impressive building of mammoth. There are many other temples and museums in Nara, and well worth spending a day in Nara in the Kansai region. Nara is more tranquil than Kyoto, which is a fairly large city.

Todaiji Temple

In the Kanto region, near Tokyo you can find two more splendid historic towns filled with cultural relics and religious. They are Nikko and Kamakura. Kamakura has many well-known Buddhist temples and Shinto shrines. One of the most famous is Kotoku-in temple. Like the Todaiji temple in Nara which has a giant statue of Buddha, found once inside the temple hall. But in the 15th century a powerful typhoon destroyed the temple room, leaving the statue in tact but outdoors.

Nikko is located in the beautiful mountains of Tochigi Prefecture, a couple of hours north of Tokyo. Nikko's natural environment and wildlife are beautiful enough to warrant a trip, but its cultural attractions combine with the stunning scenery to create something totally awesome. Among the temples and shrines is Rinnoji temple, founded in 766. This is a beautiful temple and in good taste to visit. Much more attractive and colorful it is Tosho-gu shrine, home of the three wise monkeys. This shrine is the tomb of Tokugawa Ieyasu, founder of the Tokugawa shogunate. There are other beautiful and important historical sites in Nikko, and can be explored in the midst of the beautiful natural surroundings and monkeys roaming.

Although it's just a city, Tokyo is a city like no other and is a must, at least for a couple of days to get an idea of this massive metropolis. The size and scale of Tokyo are amazing.
